Our Goal:
Our main goal is to create outstanding products and forge long lasting
relationships with each of our clients. To this end, we know that
happy employees/contractors make for better end products and happier
clients. In order to ensure this process, we not only hire the most
talented creative professionals around, but we also make Empire Design
Studios a fun place to work. We feel that everyone should enjoy the
creative process and strive to constantly raise the bar on their own
work. This internal competitiveness fosters a fun sort of rivalry
between teams with each team trying to outdo the other. At year-end,
we all vote for the best products or teams. Some categories include:
most creative/innovative solution to a specific challenge, most satisfied
client, quickest turnaround, most inspiring project, and project most
representative of what Empire Design Studios encompasses.
