(all grade levels K-12 , and college level)
lecture-demonstration presenting bansuri flute, tamboura, tabla, covering basic principles of raga(melody) and tala (rhythm).
2.The Art of the Lotus
a hands on painting workshop for beginners- advanced artists, exploring some of the ancient wisdom and legends of this mystical flower, using watercolors to capture the beauty, essence and inner meaning of the lotus.
3. Drawing from the Breath
creating art while exploring the source of creativity through meditation, music, intention and confidence.
