Over the
years I've been lucky enough to travel to some pretty cool
places. These are a few of them:
South Pacific 2001
Tahiti, Cooks Islands, New Zealand & Australia
In 2001, 45 of us from the
University of Calgary embarked on a Field School that took us to 4
countries in the South Pacific: Tahiti, The Cook Islands, New Zealand
and Australia. In the age before digital, pics to come (some day)...

Canada 2002 - The September
Club
After
working at Camp Kintail in Ontario, a group os us who had just
graduated form University spent almost 2 months on the road, from
Southern Ontario to St. John's and back - And everywhere in between!
I eventually made in home to Calgary in late November, but not before a
quick jaunt out to the West Coast. I had travelled the entire
TransCanada Highway, from St. John's to Victoria, in 45 days.
Both
Jimmy (my Garden Gnome) and Janette (my trusty Honda) made the trip,
but we were glad to be home...

For 7 months in 2003
I volunteered
with Canada
World Youth.
We spent 3
months in rural Quebec and 3 months in Mali, Africa - It was
an
amazing experience!
