Sample VectorWorks Renderings
This example was created to attract
potential investors for a project on a golf course in Princeville,
on the north shore of Kauai, in the Hawaiian islands. The Project
involved removing an existing structure and constructing two new
two unit condo's. What you see below are views of the existing
structure, from the street side and the golf course side, as well
as the proposed condo project from those same views. The condo's
were created and modeled in Vectorworks, then carefully placed
into the scene with the correct perspective. Photoshop was
used to add some landscaping and to remove a few trees that would
need to be removed for the construction phase. As you can see,
it becomes a very realistic conception of what the finished product
will look like.
