CDs not working:

1. Please check the operating requirements; if your system does not have Quicktime installed the CDs

will not work. If you have Quicktime installed and the disk is still not working, see number 2.

2. We do not have the means to test every CD that is sent out, and sometimes there are faulty disks. If your CD is not working

as it should or is giving you error messages, the most likely reason is a faulty disk. If you have the means, please test the CD

on a second computer. If it is still giving you problems please contact us and we will replace the disk. If you find that it works

on some computers and not others, please see number 3.

3. Some of the CDs require a lot of RAM to operate. As of October 2010 all our CDs were upgraded to meet low RAM needs

as well as to be compatible with the newest Windows and Mac operating systems. Please contact us if you need a low-RAM

replacement for one or more of your earlier CDs. If you have the current low-RAM versions and are still have problems, see

number 4.

4. Some Windows 7 computers and some Windows 7 networks may not be fully updated. There are 'hotfixes' that may be

needed on your Windows 7 system in order for our CDs to work. Please see the following Microsoft page for hotfix details:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/978869

5. If you are using Mac OSX 10.7 (Lion), your CDs will not open properly. Please click here for the solution.
