After finishing the beta releases, official version of FO
has
been released as TAO.

Description
FO
is a powerful outliner/organizer built for MacOS X. Using FO,
you can easily manage and organize chunks of information. FO
supports basic outliner facilities, such as creating, moving, sorting,
grouping and combining items.
Also the following useful facilities help you organize and classify
items:

graphics and multiple fonts for text
