Sage で昨日から ibloggers.net が読み込めなくなっていたので、あれ？と思ってのぞきに行ってみると iBlog 2.0 Status Update なんて言う嬉しい記事が出ていました。

1. True multi-document application. No longer the Entry Window closes when you click the save button. In fact there is no save button just hit command + s or select Save in the menu.
2. Entry window supports three views (Editor, Source and Preview). Yes, instant preview is supported.
3. Preview is performed in the background, meaning no spinning beach ball during preview.
4. Improved Stylesheets and better support for changing styles per blog, category and entry.
5. You can name the Blog, Category and Entry folders to any string (currently supports A-Z, a-z, 0 -9 and space). No more cryptic folder names.
6. A lot of other finer UI improvements.

素晴らしいことに、「 iBlog2.0はすべての登録された1.xユーザのために無料バージョンアップできます」なんて書いてあります。

エントリを見る限り、ソースをダイレクトに編集（確認のみかも）できるようになったようです。
また、エントリ毎にその場でプレビューできるようです。
プレビューはバックグラウンドで行われるのでレインボーカーソルとは無縁です、みたいなことが書いてあったけどほんとうかな(-_-)
最近、アップデートされないなぁなんて思っていたら、2.0 へ取り組まれていたんですね。
