| | 1. Push a flathead screwdriver under the clutch cover like this. | |
| | | 2. After releasing this side, pull firmly up to release the other side. | |
| | | 3. Tilt the inverter board carefully towards you - DO NOT bend it. | |

| | 4. Pull the inverter port slightly to the left and unplug the display cable. | |
| | | 5. Now remove the copper-colored data cable ... | |
| | | 6. ... as well as the 4 identical torx-8 screws on the back holding the display. | |
|
| | 7. Pull the display straight up. Do not change the position of the hinges. | |
| | | 8. Remove the lower screw covers like this ... | |
| | | 9. ... then peel out the "rubber bumpers" with your fingernails. | |
|
| | 10. Remove the 6 identical philips screws. | |
| | | 11. Start by releasing the hook in the middle. | |
| | | 12. Then push the clutch back ... | |
|
| | 13. ... push your fingers into the slit ... | |
| | | 14. ... and work your way around until you've finished one side. | |
| | | 15. Then continue with the other, gently using tools where necessary. | |
|
| | 16. Work your way around and remove the back of the display case. | |
| | | 17. Now remove the yellow tape - keep it for re-assembly! | |
| | | 18. Carefully disconnect the microphone and data cables. | |
|
| | 19. Now remove the philips screws 1-4 (identical to the ones on the outside). | |
| | | 20. You can raise the LCD a bit to access this torx-8 screw. | |
| | | 21. Remove the 2nd torx-8 screw and pull the hinge away. | |
|
| | 22. Peel away the tape and unwind it. | |
| | | 23. Now free the cable from the clutch (notice the unwinded tape). | |
| | | 24. On the other side, gently pull the plastic cap from the clutch. | |
|
| | 25. Now remove the 6 screws on the other side. | |
| | | 26. When reassembling, use a bit of a glue stick on the covers. | |
