TG55ctrl editor
Architecture / Parameters
The new synth architecture
TG55ctrl editor makes TG55 a 2DCO/2Sub OSC synthesizer.
Below is the block diagram of its architecture.

There are 2 independent Oscillators.
Each oscillator has a Sub Oscillator.
The Sub Oscillators shares most settings with the Main Oscillator,
but Pitch, Resonance and LFO speed can be set independently.
Auto Bend affects both Oscillators.
The Filters are controlled by one simple Envelope.
The Amp Envelope has Attack, Decay and Release parameters.
Only the Decay Rate can be set independently for the 2 Oscillators.
How to use
Put tg55ctrl.ADA file into the Diver folder and load inittg55.LIB into the tg55ctrl adaptation.
TG55 often hangs when it receives many SysEx at once.
Adjust the Send Pause value to avoid this.
TG55 often fails to respond properly to my editor's Filter Envelope controllers.
Try longer Send Pause, but this makes the dials heavier to tweak.
Due to SoundDiver Universal Adaptation's limitation, basically TG55ctrl editor can only control TG55.
The correct Voice Data itself only exists in TG55's Edit Buffer.
Be sure to "Reload" the Edit Buffer by using SD's Request function, before storing the sound.
The editor uses 4 Element Mode only. It can't load Voices created in other Modes.
Parameters
Put the cursor on the controllers and the parameter names are displayed.
OSC section:
Pch means OSC's Pitch and Fine tune. Bend determines Auto Bend Depth.
Filter section:
ResS means Resonance for Sub Oscillators.
KS determines Key Scaling Depth. Higher keys sound brighter by increasing KS.
Amp Mod section:
The same Attack and Release Rate are applied to both Oscillators.
Dcy1 is OSC1's Decay Rate, and Dcy2 is OSC2's.
Filter Mod section:
This 2-parameter Envelope affects all Filters of all Oscillators.
ENV is the Envelope Depth, or can be seen as the Initial Level.
Dcy is the Decay Rate.
LFO section:
The same LFO Waveform, Pitch Modulation and Filter Modulation are applied to all Oscillators.
LFO rate can be set respectively for all Oscillators.
"Cut" control:
Cut1 controls both of OSC1 filters' cutoff, and Cut2 controls OSC2.
It's useful to control the two filters at fist hand.
When "Cut" is tweaked, the main filter dial does not respond to the change.
To display the parameters correctly, use SoundDiver's "Request" function.
