DDD-5 Overview

12-bit PCM, 8-polyphonic.
Pitch, Decay, Pan, and Velocity sensitivity can be edited.
7 velocity-sensitive pads..
2 ROM card slots to expand the drum samples. KORG made over 50 ROM cards.
Can play the demo sequences stored in the ROM cards.

KORG DRM-1 is the rack mount version of DDD Series. It can use 4 ROM Cards. The remote controler is used to edit everything. Phase control of the samples is added.

KORG S3 is the 16-bit PCM drum synthesizer. The 8 velocity-pads seem to be inherited from DDD series, and its synthesis engine is the filter-less version of M1.
