We love our Macs and Mac OS X. That's why we are using Cocoa to develop easy-to-use and innovative software. Below you'll find a few rules we try to follow when writing and selling software. Interface designWe can't tell you how important interface design is to us. We have seen lots of potentially good applications remaining unsuccesful because of poor interface design, and that's a shame. When we start developing a new app, we start by designing the user interface. That's why you won't find confusing dialogs and inconsistent behaviour in our apps. Another rule of thumb for us is that the best interface is the one that does not exist: no ridiculous "Apply" buttons in our software, for example. Powered by ideasThe ideas proposed by our customers guide our development efforts. If you would like to participate, have a look at the bottom of this page. Customer satisfactionWe value the relation with our customers and we want them to be 100% satisfied. If they are not, we will fully refund any product within 30 days after purchase. Most of our products are shareware so we would urge you to evaluate them before you purchase them. Contact usWe love new ideas and suggestions. All our applications are built on your ideas and we want to keep it like that, so keep sending those e-mails about the products we make. In case you have no ideas about features we could add to our software: we love compliments too ;-) PressWe offer free, fully functional evaluation copies to members of the press. Just drop us an e-mail and we will be happy to work with you. |
