Electronic Chemistry Notebook

A Chemistry Lab Notebook based on a Filemaker database, The notebook consists of two databases, the notebook itself and a reagents database. The reagents database contains the structures, name, MWt, density and safety information on over 13,000 compounds that can be used as reagents. Entering the name of a reagent into the notebook causes the rest of the information to be "looked up" from the reagents database. There are also a number of useful tools to make writing up the experimental procedure.

iBabel

iBabel is an Applescript Studio Application, it is a GUI for the command line driven file conversion application OpenBabel. It also includes 2D/3D structure viewers and an interface to ChemSpotlight.
