Selecia and Fragment-based drug discovery

I’ve
been working with Selcia to develop
their Fragment-based drug
discovery efforts.
“Fragment screening has recently evolved to become a widely accepted approach to lead discovery. Selcia has established a proprietary approach to detect the weak binding interactions between fragments and therapeutic targets, based on capillary electrophoresis (CE Screen). CE has been used ... as a sensitive and robust screening technology. Selcia has acquired the associated IP and has in addition developed new and proprietary methods tailored for screening fragments.”
This technology offers a number of advantages over other fragment-based screening methodologies.
