we have arrived in kuching! and our first event is the red dress run. this year it is a fundraiser to plant trees in a local park. but we're just worried if our dresses makes our rears bigger or not. then, just before the run started, it started to rain. really rain. everyone but the guam hashers hid in the stands to keep dry. we just laughed, as this is normal to us. but then they started the run and everyone had to run in the rain.

it was a real joy to be doing this with katie. she had a blast. all the rain and flooded streets didn't damper her day at all. she was jumping in puddles and playing the whole time. just like dad.
