flower bear love



some cultures have naming rituals that allows a child to choose her own name. our very free spirited child has renamed herself. she will, from now on be known as 'flower bear child'. looking back, in the early stages of my pregnancy, we were unable to settle on a name for her. we considered not giving kailea a name until she show us a little more personality, a little more of who she is. but i believe that a name is the first and most enduring gift we will ever give our child. it would stand for all our hopes for our child.
flower bear love. not bad....but i still think kailea (ocean joy) is perfect. besides- i don't want to have to do a lot of paperwork for a name change...
