pretend



the kids at daycare are talking amongst themselves. "i have a dog bite.", declared samantha as she started telling everybody how a dog from the soccer game bit her little finger. the boys all chimed in, "me too. i had a dog bite." and they all started telling their own tales. some obviously were tall tales. with all the commotion, kailea, matter-a-factly said, "i have a pretend dog bite."
