i'm shrinking...



i picked up some pants that needed cutting and hemming. wore one to work yesterday and frances told me they were uneven. the right leg is shorter by about 1/2". i returned them to be re-done. we tried it on and yes- they are uneven. we laid it flat on the table and both legs were the same length. well, guess what- i'm crooked. by 1/2" i know comes with scoliosis, but that much!

came back from my eye appointment yesterday and i've got some news- i'm just slowly going blind. ok, i'm exaggerating...my left eye went from -2.50 to -2.75, while my right eye, always the over-achiever went from -3.0 to -3.75. contact lenses were ordered and of course, i would have to update my eye glasses as well.

sales lady at the gap told me i was trying on the wrong cut of jeans. she gave me the 'curvy' to try on. it fit me better. i always thought i was skinny and flat- well, except for my ass-et. so i went to two classes in the gym last wednesday. if i'm getting curves, i better direct them on where they should go.

aging gracefully? i still feel fabulous...isn't that what counts?
