love stinks



here i am savoring the third ferrero rocher hazelnut chocolates brent gave me for valentines. i'll have just one more. life and love has never been this good. i used to celebrate valentines with friends and family. i would get cards, chocolates and flowers, but i didn't get to celebrate with someone. longest relationship lasted only 9 months and it started in february, after valentines. not that i'm complaining. i had a lot of fun with my friends and you know how family always come first with me.

hmmm- now that i think about it, our first valentines together weren't all that fancy and romantic. i was at home, watching a blockbuster movie. love stinks. that was the movie. brent calls. he asked what i was doing. i told him. he laughs. he asks what i want for valentines day. i said all i want is a rootbeer float. a few minutes later, we are together watching love stinks and enjoying a rootbeer float. best rootbeer float ever!

hmmmm...one last chocolate. i eat it while admiring the night stand brent surprised me with last tuesday.
