You should hand in everything listed below as one final hard copy. Be sure to also keep a copy for yourself. You may also do work at home and print some pages in color.

for one of the airline or defense stocks previously

Chart (50 points)- Make
your own spreadsheet and chart. Use stock prices for six
different dates for 3 airlines of your choice and one
company in the defense industry from your symbol list. You
will then create a second chart showing the percent of
increase or decrease for prices of your stocks using the
formula: (2nd price-1st price)/1st price. Your analysis
(1-2 paragraphs) should be attached. directions followed- 6 dates

(100 points) - You
are the Director of Investor Relations for your chosen
company (airline or defense). Using the stock chart in
addition to news, find a recent event that you wish to share
with the press (e.g. profit increase/decrease, revenue
increase/decrease, industry specific news). The press
release should be 2-3 paragraphs. Identify your chosen
company by name and symbol. Include at least 2 charts: one
from Yahoo, one original chart that you make in AppleWorks.
