Do you have a professional partner to share successes and to grapple with daily challenges? Do you wish to share what it is really like to be the first level information and technology literacy expert? Come to this session to talk with your WEMA Professional Partner or to connect with a seasoned professional or with a 'newbee'-- or soon to be--"newbee" in a school library. We will discuss how to juggle all of the hats of the library media specialist, how to successfully recruit and train volunteers, how do you successfully develop a viable rapport with your administration and with your teachers, plus many more challenging topics that are not addressed in library school.
