SteveMovieFloat
SteveMovieFloat is a Macintosh/MacOSX/Windows movie viewer that can float on top of all of the open windows in any application. It can open Quicktime, MPEG and VCD's. SteveMovieFloat is useful for watching a movie while you are doing work in another program such as browsing the internet.
SteveMovieFloat is shareware and costs $5. The full version of SteveMovieFloat is available for download. I am giving out this application on the honor system.
