One of the Churchill Barriers in Scapa Flow
Notice the sunken ship sticking out of the water. These ships were scuttled to block the German Navy from entering Scapa Flow where the British kept there fleet. One German submarine did get through the barrier of sunken ships to sink The Royal Oak. After that, the Churchill Barriers were built to block off the harbour completely.
