The Grand Hotel, Fort William
The name "grand" fit this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. Everything was done is a professional manner. The only place where "grand" didn't fit was the price. At only 25 pounds, per person per night, Ruth and I felt we were getting a bargain. When we booked, we had planned on staying only one night. But once we gave the hotel and the town a look-over, we decided we would do well to stay 2 nights.
