Steve and Genie on the trail
We were visiting Steve's parents in Santa Fe over Thanksgiving weekend and hiked up Kitchen Mesa near Abiquiu. The round trip distance was 5 miles with an elevation gain of 600 ft. The views from the top of the mesa were very nice and the sun and blue skies were a welcome relief from a very rainy November in Seattle.
