Elain and I snowshoed into the Tatoosh from Narada Falls, hoping to climb the North Ridge of Pinnacle Peak. We made camp in the snow slopes below the North Ridge, and hoped it would not snow. Unfortunately it snowed a fair bit overnight. That, combined with the significant amount of snowfall during the previous 48 hours, made it too hazardous for us to approach the ridge. So we snowshoed close enough to snap some photos and headed back to camp. Maybe next time.
