This has to be one of the more pointless early SciFi movies. However, it does have one of the most interesting ships - the Cosmostrator. There are very few shots of the ship in the film, none in space, and none particularly close. The ship was designed by Anatol Rabzinowicz and Alfred Hirschmeier. The film was a Polish-East German production (Ron Miller, The Dream Machines) around 1960, released in English in 1963.
