Lexicon Widget
When I first saw the Ayn Rand Lexicon online, it inspired me to create an OS X Dashboard widget for quick searches. It can be useful for getting quickly to a topic, or just browsing topics - type one or two letters of the item you're looking for, then click it, or move to it with the arrows and hit return. Press the ESC key or click the Clear button to start over.
There are other widget systems, but so far I've only created a version for OS X (at least version 10.4 is required) because it's fun and easy. Click on the link at right to download the widget. It may also install, depending on your system settings and whether you're using Safari.
