Provided web development and layout services under contract to Wanadoo while 
they re-branded as Orange. Implemented new Orange Style guides with hand-
coded XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. In addition I oversaw the introduction of new 
best practises to move the company away from in-line styled nested tables and 
non-scalable text and start them along the road to W3C and DDA compliance.

company has been key in its rise from new entrant in the market to respected 
brand.  

Sites designed in Photoshop/Imageready and hand coded using XHTML, CSS,

During 2005 I was also involved in freelance print media work including: 
magazine page layout, product and outdoor photography, artwork creation and 
photo prep for both adverts and editorial in national cycling magazines, including

Workstream Leader				2003 - 2004

Estimated, planned, resourced, and managed the workstream for the full life cycle 
of this mainframe project up to final implementation and support. Delivered on 
time and on budget to enable additional premium revenue of £2 million per month 
to be received by the CIS from January 2004. Managed user expectations and 
planned a phased implementation to eliminate risk of delay to the workstream 
and loss of revenue income.

Senior Developer				2002 - 2004
(Euro preparedness)
Improved the understanding of risk, measurement of work required and planning 
capabilities for currency transition across the organisation. Developed a realtime 
inventory of systems and how they integrate and are updated. Inventory system 
was developed using Access/VB/SQL and I designed the front end for use by 
visually impaired staff.

Responsible to primary users of systems for system enhancements and 
revisions. I was the first point of call for senior user management, and managed a 
team of Analyst Programmers working on the batch and on-line mainframe 
systems. I was also heavily involved in recruitment and interviewing for externally
