winter of crows - page 13 (driving by the nelson-atkins museum)

in the final panel, they are driving by the nelson-atkins museum of art; you can catch a glimpse there of the henry moore sculpture garden. thus, they are driving north up rockhill road, on the east side of the museum.

what's that odd thing with the arms in the third panel, almost invisible? that's one of the claes oldenburg shuttlecock statues, with toilet paper hung on it. they were new in those days, and not especially popular. this sort of thing happened to them back then.
