Swedish Meatballs

½ kilo minced meat (preferable 50% pork
50% beef)
2 midsized cooked potatoes
1 yellow onion
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 pinch black pepper
0.15 litre cream

Scratch the potatoes. Peal and scratch the
onion, or chop in small pieces. Butter fry onion in the pan. Mix the minced
meat first with salt, then the scratched potatoes, onion, egg, pepper and
cream. Shape walnut-sized balls and put them on a water rinsed cutting board.
Brown the balls in a pan, and put them in a roasting pan to make them heat
through.
Serve with lingon berry jam and cooked
potatoes.
