Sorry for the slow updates guys. A lot of good stuff for you this time including some release in:
Mahou Sensei Negima TV Vol. 1 DVD (R2)- release date has been set for 6/22/05. Note that this comes in a Regular Edition as well as a Special Edition which will include a bonus CD and supposedly another of the pactio cards. At this time, we don't know which character is featured for this release. Hope you guys have around $70 US (7500 Y) if you are planning to pick this up. Then again, perhaps we'll see the character pactio cards when the series is brought over to the US.
This leads into another discussion. A few months ago, there was word that Funimation had reserved web space for the Negima TV series. Note: This is only considered speculation. This is NOT an official licensing announcement. It's safe to assume however that most likely there will be an announcement by one of the US companies for the US license. Keep an eye out for news coming out of Anime Expo or Otakon, which will be the most likely sources
Character section - added 6 new character profiles to Negima section. Fei Ku, Natsumi Murakami, Mana Tatsumiya, Fuuka/Fumika Narutaki, Evangeline A.K. McDowell, and Ako Izumi profiles have been added. Credit for the profiles goes to Chachazero, Hitokiri, mrterrorist, DJCream, and Hiro Daioh. Note that some of them do not have full size pics yet. Supposedly, there is an artbook for the series that I'm looking for. If you know of any retailers that sell it, please let me know.
If you are looking to write some of the character profiles, let me know, as I really appreciate visitors who have become an active part of the sites and forums. By the way, if you have already written profiles for characters, priority from now on will first go to those members/visitors who haven't had the opportunity to do one yet. Any character whose picture is not present on the Characters page for Negima is fair game except for Sayo Aizaka and Zazie Rainyday.
Media List section - added A.I. Love You Vol. 8 (final volume) covers and soundtrack covers for first Intro and Outro CDs release. Next soundtrack CD is schedule for release on 5/11/05.
Downloads section - added two new wallpapers, courtesy of Anna Hawkins.
I swear that I will get the next Negima episode summary completed as soon as possible.

Kanon/AIR site - site launch is coming up soon, hopefully by next week with episode 1 summary of both Kanon and AIR TV series. I have two writers so far who have volunteered to do episode and character write-ups already. If you would to contribute info for the site, please let me know.
Scanlation projects - I know many people are asking on the status of the chapter releases. Please be patient with the staff as many of them are in the midst of preparing for finals, but we will try to have an updated list for you as soon as possible.
Updating more Negima manga chapter summaries on next update.

Character profile section - thanks goes to Chachazero and Biobird for making this easier for me to get done. 4 new profiles for Negima have been added. Haruna Saotome, Chisame Hasegawa, Chachamaru, and Ayaka Yukihiro have been added. If anyone has some good pics of Fei Ku that I can use for her profile, please let me know.
I still need character profiles for a lot of the remaining students. Specifically looking for profile write-ups for the Narutaki twins, Evangeline A.K. McDowell, and Setstuna Sakurazaki. Profile write-up is already claimed for Natsumi Murakami and Fei Ku.
Working on episode summary for Negima episode 3. If anyone is interested in doing episode summaries for Negima, e-mail me and let me know. Hopefully, I'll have the summary for episode 3 completed on the next update.

Thank you in advance for those who volunteered to do write-ups of some of the Negima character profiles. This will allow me to get more character profiles up as Class 3-A starts to come together with their descriptions. Completed profiles I've received are Ayaka Yukihiro, Chisame Hasegawa, Fei Ku and Chachamaru. Basically any character on the Negima list that does not have a profile attached I haven't received. Please e-mail me if you are interested in writing character profiles.
