Misaka Shiori is a first year student who goes to the same school as Yuuichi. Unfortunately, due to her illness, she was absent most of the time. She has an older sister that's in Yuuichi's class, but it seems that both sisters were very distant to each other. Constantly visiting the shool courtyard, she likes talking to Yuuichi as much as she likes eating vanilla ice cream, no matter what kind of weather.

Shiori supposedly has some sort of condition which explains her being being distant from people. especially her sister. She was depressed most of time until she met Yuuichi. She doesn't seem to get angry with her sister, Kaori, for refusing to acknowledge her existence. All in all, she's pure and innocent.
