Twilight

S u n
splashing drops of iridescent
gold on concavities of porcelain
cheeks. A gentle breeze sings a silent
melody through gleaming blonde locks. A
bronze beam of light kisses a set row of pearl
and marble teeth. Twilight has wormed its
tendrils around the silken body in its velvet
embrace. Stars sprout from theblanketing darkness
offering feeble warmth from the ensuing cold,
while the music of the night swirls into perfect
ears. A glimmer. Faces meet in anticipation.
