Michael Dife was tired of life,
He found his family bland,
And every time he saw green grass,
He wished and longed for sand. And then one day he packed and left,
Wrote a goodbye to his folks.
Said, "I'm off to seek a better place,"
And set off for the coast. He left on food, and, bag in hand,
He walked for miles across the land.
His feet got bruised, his hands got cut,
He scraped his face, he bruised his butt. For eighty days and nights he paced
In search of sparkling sea.
But Mike was tired, he needed rest,
And back to home went he.So Mike turned tail and headed back,
Just one mile from the beach,
Which goes to show how giving up,
Defeats the will to reach.
