Elusive Thoughts

My mind pulses on the verge of revelation.
I rush forward...
But at the same time ask myself,
“Where am I going?”
I know not.
Somewhere I feel my subconscious urging,
Telling me where and when to go.
It never says why But I go anyway.

Frantic

Needful . . .

There are times when I wonder, “where...
...Where is this leading me?”
Down a road of happiness?
Off the cliff of death?
I know not.
Someday's I’m a champion...I’m the
Master of my own destiny.
Other times I’m a meaningless speck.

Dark

Empty

Useless . . .

There must be a reason for all of this,
I KNOW there is,
But I cannot find it.
What is the ultimate goal?
I know not.
There is a light within me. Shining bright,
It leads the way to my future.
It walks me through great fields unknown.

Wise

Guiding

Silent . . .
