It's easy: just upload a QuickTime movie to our FTP server and we'll help you pick some great music! We'll take a look at your video, pull some cuts from the FirstCom Music Libary Online, synch them up with your original movie, do some little temp mixes with any existing audio included in your original movie, and then post movies with the various music selections mixed in...on our Auditions site. Once posted on our site, you and your clients can go there and see and hear the various music selections play with your video and original audio tracks. No guesswork, listen as much and as often as you want, for one month. When you zero in on what you like, we will licenses the music for you, and even do a final mix if you want -- all online and all without you or your client ever having to set foot in a studio...or look at a single, lurid music library CD cover! Music search, prep and temp mixing will be billed to you at a flat $100/hr, with a one-hour minimum. Once final selections are made and approved by you and your client, actual FirstCom needle-drop fees will be billed in addition to the music search fees. If you want, you can do the search part yourself at the FirstCom site (at no charge whatsoever...take as long as you need), and we will still prepare and present your selections with your video on our Auditions site...and just bill $100/hr for prep and temp mixing only.
