knickers on the clothesline in their rainbow order
by Pauline June Ross (who survived)
""

Polly had written this a long time ago, round the time of the energy field tree, when she was trying to understand what was real. And now there is God, The Supreme Energy. She needed a collective term-- not to leave anyone out-- maybe GODA, MOTHER OF US ALL. Spiritual, but not religious.

"" “Goda awakens
She is Joy
She Sings
And the Words
Of Her Song
Are the Universe
The Words
Of Her Song
Are Her People
The words
Of Her Song
Are Us.”
""""

Dr. Branny had told her that she must ask for exactly what she needed to help her. So she continued with the Multicoloured Lord's Prayer, and the meditations, and asked for a sign "Let me know I am doing the right thing"
Then into White Rock, along the beach, a half sunny half rainy day, and from one side of the road to the other, was a rainbow. From ground to ground, no trees, no power lines, no buildings, a total rainbow. Never had she seen this before, hiker, walker, birdwatcher that she was.
Polly thought of her mother, whose name was Iris. ΙΡΙΣ, the Classical Greek word for rainbow. Iris was a Goddess who was a messenger of the gods. Polly liked the idea of a Passageway, a gateway from the gods to down here. The Vikings thought that the rainbow took men slain in battle to Valhalla.
"Thank you for the Kindness
Thank you for the Love
Thank you for bringing the Rainbow
Down from up above”
But what was this all about? An article in the newspaper about Iceland's unique gene pool with links to the Vikings, and genes linked to MS?

VIKINGS?

VIKINGS?

"Odin and Thor
Thor and Odin
Who’d have thought
Their genes were imploding

Thor and Odin
Odin and Thor
All over Europe
Vikings ( and MS) galore"

Polly felt her
    Viking blood

aka
Polhulga the Horrible
And what about the town where she was born? Clacton. Didn’t sound Roman. Maybe Celtic? Maybe she had Viking blood, it was on the coast.
And there was a much loved book she had brought from Britain as a child and had lost as an adult. She tried second hand bookstores, new bookstores sorry, long ago out of print. Even garage sales. No luck.
Then suddenly a bookstore phoned. “The Ship That Flew” is in. “Skidbladnir”, a Viking ship. She had done the meditations and asked.
The book was printed in 1939, now re-printed in 1999 by “Oxford Children’s Modern Classics”. Polly was so happy, it was something coming back to her. “Skidbladnir” She would go on a voyage.
Then she asked again. A small personal rainbow from across the road to the back of her field, and she had a new camera, click.
Now she wanted to know more, and continued to see Dr. Holly regularly. She grew stronger. The meditations became calmer, quieter, less heavy thinking. “Yon Cassius” bothered her less. She slowly became wiser. She came less from the mind and more from the heart. (not so easy for clever people) Then Polly found a lot of small clay pots with exquisite, colourful moulded flowers. Quite lovely and cheery.
She bought them. Good things were coming.

She thought more about the beautiful flowers, and secretly giving them to people. She wondered if ‘random acts of kindness‘ re-aligned wobbly energy fields. At least it made the surprise owners happy, and her too. Which said something. And what about laughter is the best medicine, is that the same thing?
""Polly put them quietly in people’s mailboxes, with plant labels made of popsicle sticks, Spring Song, Summer Joy, Flower Power, etc, and lots more. She secretly left several, one by one, in Dr. Holly’s washroom, shhh. After all, the Calcium does get the bladder back to normal.

Good Health to all
Bloom a lot
More sychronicity happened. A sister sent a present, a pendant. Sunface, moons and stars, a comet. Then in the shops were two sweatshirts, a sunface, moons and stars. Polly bought them both, one for each of them, and mailed one to her sister.
""

Then she saw them.
Women’s knickers. Incredible.
Colours of the rainbow.
Videsne arcum caelestem?
Do you see the rainbow?

Violet--Indigo--Blue--Green--Yellow------------Red
Only the Orange knicker was missing. Polly bought orange dye and white knickers. The Universal Spirit had provided her with six, she provided the seventh herself. Maybe this was “Goda helped those who helped themselves.” Maybe that’s why Polly wrote about a gloomy subject in a lighthearted manner.

Then she asked a friend what she was up to. The friend was making Chakra necklaces, all the colours of the rainbow, just at the time Polly was celebrating Chakra knickers, and would make her one. This was not co-incidence, but synchronicity. It would be fun to wear, a constant reminder.
Maybe some people would prefer the phrase Chakra necklace to Chakra knickers. Hmm.

Carl Jung saw the chakras as the ‘gateways of conciousness”. How could she have tangled up her gateways so badly? Maybe she had made up too many palindromes, she had 600 of these. Maybe her mind had gone back and forth so many times that she had really tangled up her energy field. Her mental knickers really were in a twist.

Polly's Energy Field

She knew what she had to do. She must get her energy field back in balance, she had to untwist her mental knickers, she had to reclaim her lost soul, she had to get her Ying -Yan lined up properly.
Dr. Holly’s Calcium EAP was doing this in a physical sense, Dr. Brandy’s meditation and Multi-coloured Lord’s Prayer was doing this in a Spiritual sense.
Okay, back to the beginning. Time to get more amalgam fillings removed, and replaced with conglomerat, the white stuff. She got clever again, a line of defense.
