Regarding copyrighted materials that may be found on this web site

This is not a public site. It's composed of text and images representing the club's activities in general, and of the boats of members in particular, put here for the pleasure, convenience, and support of the club in general and of individual club members. As such, it naturally contains brand-specific logos, text, pictures, and other materials, the copyrights of which belong to entities other than us, ranging from little icons to pages of boat manuals included to help us in the maintenance of our boats. "Fair use" is intended, not infringement, and no intention to profit by the appearance here of any copyright material is to be inferred. We are not in business, although individuals may have advertised privately held items they wish to sell.

We do not represent any of the companies referred to, nor is the appearance here of a copyrighted item to be construed as support, approval, or even acknowledgement by the holder of that copyright.

Other than serving as an illustration of the club's activities and our boats, this site has no public purpose at all. It's our private notice board, log, library, and picture gallery. Permission for access is granted only to ourselves and our guests.
