Our Ericson 25 CB, Ruby

In the manner of the usual web-log, the latest stuff tends to be near the top. However, I don't generally move updated items from their original positions.

Ruby broken and repaired: The afternoon of our first anchorage at the beginning of our summer's cruise found us wondering and worried about the heavy thumping beneath the boat. Trouble with Ruby's swing-keel pivot pin? We raised the keel and spent the summer as a "crippled powerboat".
E-Mail to/from Cell-Phones: Sometimes it's just the thing. (Although it is possible to use a cell-phone as a modem for connecting with a dial-up ISP, this particular topic is about something rather different.) 18 April 2006
