Who am I?
You may know me already
I’ve been professionally serving Mac users for 8 years, of which the majority of my training and experience came working for Apple

At my alma mater, Boston College, as a student employee I was the go to guy for many within the university for all things Mac.  While there I created, deployed and supported one of the original Mac OS X images in a university lab environment.  I also worked at Harvard University in their Central Administration Information Technology department.  Most of this time I was also working as an Apple Campus Rep

Most importantly, though, you may recognize me from the Apple Store.  I spent well over three years in Apple retail.  First two years at Chestnut Hill (Boston), then almost a year at the Aventura Mall and finally right here on Lincoln Road.  As a Mac Genius I worked with all varieties of Apple and third party products

I had the honor of working with some of the best and the brightest during my tenure with Apple.  I also had the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing customers.  To everyone I met with Apple Retail - my colleagues, my customers and everyone else - thank you for making it such an incredible time.  The experiences I had will be with me for a lifetime, and I would be honored to share that with you now as a consultant, to help make your experience with technology as incredible as mine has been
