Open to all method students of yoga with one year or more steady practice and study. Friday eve only open to beginners with minimum 3 mos.

6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening
9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m and 4 - 6 p.m. each day, Sat/Sun
$275 for full workshop; Fri eve only $35; Sat. only $145
Fri/Sat $175 only. Advance registration with 25% non refundable deposit
