On our way...
Travel has commenced. I'm typing from Dulles
International Airport, but don't currently have Internet access, so am not sure
when this will be posted.
The first leg went more smoothly than we
expected. Luc napped for an hour and did not fuss or cry the other 3.5 hours
(except when a woman wearing a top similar to Marion's queued next to us while
waiting for the lavatory and Luc cried because she would not turn around and
acknowledge him). Claire did not nap but behaved very well, as we know she is
quite capable.
Now we're in a dump of a
waiting area outside Gate C1 waiting for our United flight to Frankfurt. Luc and
Claire and keeping themselves entertained by rummaging through our carry-ons.
Marion is on the phone with her parents. I think Luc just pooped. Good timing,
I'll change him now before we board. More to follow...
