I am currently contracted by organisations to provide
ongoing support and advice about the latest developments in
substance use policy and implementation and to support
managers and commissioners to deal with day to day problems
and issues. Sometimes I've been asked to undertake
additional supervision with staff over fixed periods of
time to deal with specific problems. Other work I've done
is ongoing support for a newly formed local partnership
over their first 6 meetings. Because this work is usually
contracted over longer periods of time ( - a half or one
day a month over 6 - 12 months) I charge less per day for
the work. I'm also available for a telephone consultation
whenever you need it (within reason). Obviously that
service is not available during Eastenders or when
Liverpool are playing.
The advantage of this type of contracting is that it gives
you flexible bespoke expertise that you can use for a range
of activities and it means that you pay less for it than
having even a part time member of staff.
If you're interested in talking about working with me on an
ongoing basis in this way, please get in touch.
What people say:
"Sara has been
invaluable; there are many people who have ideas on
establishing a business, fewer actually take the step, and
even less are successful. Sara with her knowledge, skills,
and insight has guided us through the stages needed to
establish a successful enterprise, and with on going
support has enabled us to remain focussed and clear about
our strategic direction"
