Much of my work over the past year has been in the area of
event design, management and delivery. In the early part of
the year I designed and delivered a national consultation
and policy review for a major charity that included 9
regional consultation events, a programme of conference
receptions and a national residential conference. I have
also facilitated a series of workshops for the Royal
Society for the Arts and the London Drug Policy Forum among
others.
My facilitative style is engaging and creative - my aim is
that everyone in the room should be involved in an event
that feels challenging but also fun.
What people say -
"Sara was excellent on
our away day, helping to bring our team together through
her spontaneity, and ability to adapt, be flexible, and
understand our needs as the day developed. A very powerful
experience which the team still reflect on as being a
significant time in their
development."
Dr Martin Weatherhead, Clinical Lead for Substance Misuse,
Sunderland tPCT
'... clear, sharp, expert and engaging, with enough
direction to make
sure that meetings achieve their objectives but with the
flexibility to
allow for the unexpected and the imagination to develop
these new
leads.'
Susie Harries - Project Director at the Royal Society for
the Arts
"Sara's ability to present complex information in a
friendly and inclusive manner, her creative
thinking and her dedication to the task over many
months was critically important to the success of our
sector consultation exercise and conference"
Harry Shapiro, Director of Communications and Information
at DrugScope
