Where are the garbage bins?
We were heading to the Reunification Palace
and needed a rubbish bin. We were walking along a park and looked all around for
a bin to dispose of our
trash.
Nowhere was one to be found:
We walked along a bit further and came across the mother-lode of rubbish bins! None of this "bins distributed throughout the park" business!
Clearly the Committee for the Supply of Rubbish Bins should have co-ordinated with the Committee for the Placement of Rubbish Bins.
