Storm # 7 aka Damrey
The past couple of days have seen Hanoi subject
to heavy rains and wind, almost continuously. This is as a result of Tropical
Storm # 7, otherwise known as Storm Damrey.

I have to say that I am particularly impressed
with the Vietnamese effort in anticipation of this storm. I've read this morning
that "only" 2 people were killed and 10 injured. Not bad considering the lack of
infrastructure in some of these areas.
