Ride Log 4/19/2005
First ride in a week. Easy workout to get bones
and soft tissue reminded about
the joys of
cycling. Very relaxed ride - especially since my watch broke last week
as
did my heart rate monitor. So it was
pretty much a joy ride and I loved
it.
