February Goal


I succeeded in increasing my recovery group meetings in January by 100%. My goal for February: to start walking at least 20 minutes a day, at least 4 days a week, while not backsliding on the meetings. I'm off to a fair start, having renewed my walking acquaintance with Santa Ynez Canyon on Sunday.
