Food Journal -- Dang.


I followed Elsie's suggestion, and went to the Radiant Recovery website for new info. The current wisdom is to get breakfast into gear before starting the journaling, but I've never had a problem with either eating breakfast or consuming protein at breakfast, so that puts me right back at the food journal.

I didn't do particularly well at it yesterday. It was "too time-consuming," "It's back at my desk," "I forgot..."

Starting again today.
