Help is much easier to install now.  It is usually installed automatically in <proe-loadpoint>/html.

Here is an example of the file <proe-loadpoint>/text/ptc_help.txt.
 

PTC_DOCS C:\ptc\proe2000i2~c:\ptc\proe2000i2\html\usascii PTC_HELP c:\Progra~1\Netscape\Communicator\Program\netscape.exe

Again spaces to be avoided (Netscape/Internet Explorer loadpoint "C:\Program Files\..." should be modified manually to "C:\PROGRA~1\...").
